Dewan Penggurus Wilayah (DPW) PPNI Provinsi NTT merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari DPP PPNI, yang berkedudukan di Ibu Kota Propinsi NTT yaitu Kota Kupang Tepatnya di Jln. Piet A. Tallo Liliba Kupang. DPW PPNI Provinsi NTT Membawahi 22 Dewan Pengurus Daerah (DPD) Kabupaten/Kota yang tersebar di 22 Kabupaten/ Kota yang ada di NTT.

Dengan perkiraan jumlah anggota yang harus diperhatikan kurang lebih 15.000-17.000 Perawat.
